S. Korea's foreign minister again raises doubt about COVID-19 situation within N. Korea Updated: 2020-12-17 10:02:42 KST

South Korea's Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha has again said it's hard to believe North Korea has not recorded even a single case of COVID-19.
Her remarks came during an interview with CNN on Thursday, about a week after the North Korean leader's sister Kim Yo-jong lashed out at her for earlier similar remarks.
Kang said Seoul has offered Pyeongyang help to fight the pandemic, but the regime hasn't replied.
Earlier, Kang said during a panel session in Bahrain that she believes the COVID-19 challenge has made North Korea "more North Korea", sparking a backlash from the regime.
