Good afternoon. Seoul received the season's first snow earlier in the day, they were more like flurries. This year's snow is the latest it has come since 2000. Due to the relatively mild morning temperatures, the snow didn't stick to the roads. In fact, milder than average temperatures will carry on through Saturday.
Back to today's forecast, daily highs will be 1 to 3 degrees higher today. Seoul at 8 degrees, Busan at 13. Lots of clouds will give way to some sunshine as the day moves along.
