U.S. lowers travel advisory to Level 2 for S. Korea Updated: 2020-11-25 10:06:19 KST

The United States has lowered its travel advisory for South Korea to Level Two, advising Americans to use "increased caution" when traveling to the country.
The advisory posted Tuesday on the U.S. State Department's website noted that South Korea has resumed most transportation options and business operations, while citing other improved conditions.
It also said that a 14-day mandatory COVID-19 quarantine remains in effect for travelers from the U.S.
The U.S. had a Level Three travel advisory placed on South Korea since August.
