South Korea reported 143 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday the number of cases back above a hundred with a sharp rise from the previous day.
Of those, 118 were locally transmitted and 25 were from overseas.
It was Saturday that the country adopted its lowest level of social distancing, level one, at the national level.
However, the cities of Cheonan and Asan in Chungcheongnam-do Province are at one-point five because there was a cluster infection from a call center.
Meanwhile, starting from November 11th, China will require all passengers arriving from South Korea to be tested for COVID-19 twice from two different South Korean hospitals, designated by the Chinese government, before boarding their flight.
