South Korea reported 64 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday.
47 local and 17 imported, bringing the total to date to 24,91.
New cases have been below a hundred for four consecutive days.
35 were in the capital region 16 in Seoul, 14 in Gyeonggi-do Province and 5 in Incheon.
One new death was reported, bringing the death toll to 4-hundred-21.
However, some political groups have announced plans to hold street rallies on Friday, which is a national holiday.
Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun has said that for the sake of people's safety, the government will not allow that to happen.
