The U.S. Golf Association has decided to cancel the qualifying tournaments for this year's U.S. Open due to COVID-19.
This will be the first time there's been no qualifying tournament since 1924.
Usually around half of the participants qualify through these tournaments which give any golfer a chance to play at the Open.
The tournament will take place in September at the Winged Foot Golf Club in New York State, having been postponed from June.
