U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly suggested to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un that they hold their second summit in mid-February in Vietnam.
That's according to the Japanese paper Yomiuri Shimbun, which reported Sunday that various locations are being reviewed but Vietnam is the most likely venue.
The report says Kim is yet to respond.
Another potential venue being discussed is the inter-Korean truce village of Panmujeom.
Citing diplomatic sources Seoul-based news agency YTN reported that officials from the U.S. State Department went to Panmunjeom sometime at the beginning of this year.
It also said North Korea has been demanding the meeting be held there for safety and logistical reasons.
