We are inching ever closer to the tail end of summer, and that means one thing for rock fans in Korea: it's time to grab a tent and head to the three-day Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival.
The location for this year's fun? The Songdo Moonlight Festival Park in the western city of Incheon.
The festival, now into its 13th year, welcomes music fans from all across the globe, and even the sweltering summer heat gripping Korea isn't dampening the mood.
There are groups of friends hanging out and young families giving their kids a day or a weekend to remember.
Some buy one-day tickets, the more adventurous choose to stay Friday through Sunday.
Tens and thousands of festival-goers have come to Incheon to see acts from Korea and abroad enjoy rock, hardcore, and indie music and have a great time.
"When the Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2015, we had our biggest ever crowd. We've been maintaining those numbers ever since and we expect a similar attendance this year as well."
" 10 2015 , , , ."
With another stellar lineup that includes rock legends such as Jaurim, Nine Inch Nails and My Bloody Valentine, the festival is still pulling in the big names and the organizers hope to keep building on their success.
"We want the festival to be for all generations to enjoy and a place where different genres can come together to perform for fans."

The Incheon Pentaport Rock Festival runs through Sunday.
Tickets can still be bought from the official website: pentaportrock.com.
But if you can't make it, don't stress out too much as there are still a bunch of other music festivals happening around Korea before the end of summer.
