More shocking revelations as the MeToo movement takes Korea by storm.
Award-winning director Kim Ki-duk is the latest to be accused of physical and sexual abuse by actresses he worked with in the past.
Speaking on an investigative news program on Tuesday, a former actress said Kim sexually harassed her multiple times during pre-production for a film she was cast in.
During the production, she accused the filmmaker of forcing her into unwanted and unscripted sex scenes and slapped her repeatedly and raped her on the set of the 2013 movie "Moebius," before replacing her with another actress.
The internationally famed director Kim has picked up prizes at the Cannes, Venice and Berlin film festivals.
