Let's take a look at some of the highlights so far.
One of the events that's been making headlines women's ICE hockey is underway.
It's the United Korean team's last match of the Olympics.
The joint team is playing against.Japan.
Neither team will be going to the finals as they both lost their Two other preliminary round matches, but the game is drawing a lot of attention, with Korean fans hoping the joint team can get a FIRST victory today.
There was Snowboarding this morning.
The United States won another gold medal in the halfpipe, just ONE day after 17-year-old Chloe Kim took gold in women's halfpipe yesterday.
Shaun White, nicknamedthe 'flying tomato' for his flowing red hair, claimed gold in men's halfpipe with a score of 97.75, becoming the first man ever to win THREE snowboarding gold medals.
Japan and Australia took silver and bronze.
Last night, South Korea's Kim Min-seok also made history, becoming the first Asian speed skater to win a medal in the men's 15-hundred meter event.
Kim finished with a time of one minute 44.93 seconds, less than one second behind Dutch gold medalist ( )Kjeld Nuis.
Given that he is only 18 years old, we could be seeing more of Kim on the podium in the near future.
Weather conditions in PyeongChang aren't really helping the skiiers.
The alpine skiing womens' slalom was scheduled for ten this morning, but has been postponed to Friday due to high winds.
And yes, it's Valentine's Day,
And a real life married couple, Chris and Alexa Knierim, represented the U.S. in pairs figure skating Wednesday, adding some romance to the Olympics.
Now, let's take a look at the medal tally so far.
As of 6 p.m. Wednesday,
Germany tops the medal list.
The Netherlands is in second, ALL four gold medals from speed skating.
The U.S. ranks third.
Austria with two golds from luge and alpine skiing, ranks 8th.
The host country, South Korea, is tenth with one gold and one bronze.
There are still more exciting events coming up.
The women's one-thousand meter speed skating event will take place in about an hour.
All eyes are on South Korea's Park Seung-hi, a former short track speed skater who won two gold medals at the Sochi Olympics.
And the women's 15-kilometer biathlon is slated for 8 p.m.
