Investments by Korea's top 30 business groups have risen by over 40-percent this year, on the back of the boom in semiconductor sales.
According to conglomerate tracker 'CEO Score', the companies invested 52.8 billion U.S. dollars in the first three quarters of this year, compared to just 37 billion during same period last year.
