A fresh ceasefire has gone into effect over the Gaza Strip after Israel and Palestinian groups reached an agreement at the 11th hour.
The ceasefire extension got off to a shaky start as the Israeli military launched air strikes in response to alleged rocket fire.
Hamas has denied any responsibility for the attacks.
The 5-day truce is holding as of this Thursday and will through Monday.
The Palestinians said they were hopeful that a final agreement on a longer-term peace would be reached in the coming weeks.
While a senior Israeli official said Tel Aviv would honor the unconditional ceasefire, but casted doubt that Hamas would do the same.
