The wait is almost over
Pope Francis will arrive here in Seoul within the next thirty minutes or so for the start of his highly-anticipated and historic five-day visit to Korea.
This marks the first papal visit to Korea in a quarter-of-a-century.
President Park Geun-hye will informally greet Pope Francis upon his arrival at Seoul airport before he heads to the presidential office of Cheong Wa Dae where he is scheduled to receive an official welcoming ceremony and meet with government officials.
Francis has been at the center of media attention with his humility and emphasis on the poor since being elected last year.
The eyes of the world will be on Korea for the next few days to see what kind of message he will deliver during his stay.
