For the second year running, Seoul is the world's top city in clinical trials for developing new medicine.
After analyzing data from the U.S. National Institutes of Health, the Korea National Enterprise for Clinical Trials, found that just over 1 percent of all clinical trials worldwide last year were conducted in the Korean capital.
That's number one among the 30 cities that were looked at.
New York City and Houston were second and third on the list respectively.
By country, the United States has a firm grip on the pole position.
Nearly 40 percent of all clinical trials last year were conducted in the U.S., followed by Germany, Japan and France.
Korea ranked 10th at nearly two percent.
