Before departing for the border village of Panmunjom, the South Korean chief delegate said the meeting is aimed at discussing practical issues and added he will attend it in a calm and sincere manner.
Top of the agenda are the transportation and accommodation of the North Korean athletes and cheering squad.. and how the expenses will be covered.
