That's about a month after a 23-story apartment building collapsed in Pyongyang, taking down with it hundreds of lives.
The group said it's ready to provide the necessary assistance and is awaiting government approval.
Seoul's Unification Ministry says the matter is under review and that a decision will be reached within a week.
