Yellow dust blankets nation, temps on hot side
Well, today should be hotter than yesterday across the nation, the high in Seoul will hover around 31 degrees Celsius and in Daegu, it's expected to soar to 34. In fact, today should be the hottest day of the year so far for most areas.

But lingering yellow dust continues to blanket the western parts of peninsula, so be sure to have a face mask with you before heading out.

Also, the UV level will be high today, so don't forget to apply a good amount of sunblock.

It's been super hot lately, making it feel more like mid-summer, and it's only going to get hotter throughout the week and into the weekend.

Moving over to Jindo, the winds and waves should be much calmer today than yesterday under mostly sunny skies.

With that in mind, let's take a closer look at the readings.
The high in Seoul will rise to 31 while Daegu tops out at 34 and Gwangju and Busan should climb to 32 and 27 later on.

For other regions,
Jeju and Dokdo should see a high of 26 and Daejeon will reach 31 while Mt. Kumgang tops out at 23.
That's all for me today, take good care of your health and I will be back with more updates tomorrow morning.
