Hello, and welcome to Prime Time Sports. I'm Steven Choi .
The 2014 Incheon Asian Games is now a full house… as North Korea, on Friday, announced that they'll participate in the event, after skipping out on registration last week.
They were the only eligible nation among the 45 Olympic Council of Asia member nations that had not committed amid heightened tensions on the Korean Peninsula.
Organizers welcomed the move, as did Seoul's Unification Ministry, which pledged to provide the necessary support for their athletes.
China also praised the entry, expressing hope that it would help mend ties between the rival Koreas.
Meanwhile, Pyongyang promised to honor the June 20th deadline to hand in their athlete roster.
