And, the Japanese government continues to make moves to sour already strained Seoul-Tokyo relations, this time, taking its claims over the Korea-controlled Dokdo Island to the internet.
The South Korean embassy in Tokyo says Japan's foreign ministry established a website last Friday that provides information on areas they refer to as "Japanese territory."
This includes Korea's Dokdo as well as other territories like Senkaku Island, known as Diaoyu in China.
The site calls Korea's occupation of Dokdo illegal, and says Tokyo plans to resolve the matter peacefully, according to international law.
Korea's foreign ministry says the move is yet another example of Japan making unjustified claims.
