China's smartphone market, currently the largest in the world, is expected to get even bigger this year, with its 4G long-term evolution market expected to grow more than five times in the coming months.
U.S. market researcher Strategy Analytics said the number of LTE smartphones in China will reach 135-million units this year, a jump of 5-hundred-47-percent from last year.
LTE smartphones are expected to represent 36 percent of China's mobile phone market in the coming year, a jump from 6 percent when the nation launched its LTE service in December.
