Interpol issues arrest warrant for British woman Samantha Lewthwaite
Interpol has issued a "red notice" - the global equivalent of a "wanted poster" - for a young British woman at the request of the Kenyan government.
Twnety-nine-year-old Samantha Lewthwaite is dubbed the "white widow" because her husband was one of the four suicide bombers who attacked London's transport system in July 2005.
Officials think Lewthwaite could have been involved in the Westgate mall attack after it was said that a British woman was among the dozen or so terrorists that attacked the center.
She is thought to have links to the Somali Islamist group al-Shabaab, and has been linked to a 2011 plot to bomb hotels and restaurants in tourist areas on Kenya's coast.
The red notice doesn't cite the Westgate mall attack, but says Lewthwaite is wanted in connection to her activities in 2011.
