UNSC meeting called off after disagreement over Syrian resolution
Turning now to the latest on the Syria chemical weapons stalemate
A UN Security Council meeting, which was requested by Russia was later called off as Moscow and other Council members wrangle over ways to resolve the crisis over chemical weapons use.
This comes after Moscow reportedly rejected France's resolution to put the Assad regime at fault should the Syrian government fail to reveal and turn in its stockpile of chemical weapons.
France, Britain and the U.S. are in the process of revising the resolution.
