Pres. office: N. Korea may fire missile this week
South Korea believes North Korea may test-fire a missile around April 10th, citing the Wednesday deadline Pyongyang issued to foreign missions to leave the country as an indicator.
Kim Jang-soo, chief of the National Security Office at South Korea's presidential office, said Sunday that Seoul is thoroughly prepared for these threats.
Kim added the recent spate of threats from Pyongyang is intended to pressure the South to change its tough stance toward the North by instilling fear in the South Korean public.
