Presidential Transition Team Begins Site Visits to Collect Public Opinion
President-elect Park Geun-hye's transition committee made its first round of site visits on Thursday to collect public opinion on its policies.
The team's first stops were to the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business and a front line military unit, which experts say underline the president-elect's commitment to national security and supporting small- and mid-sized firms.
The committee will be making eight site visits over the next two weeks and the public opinions collected will be reflected in the road map for the incoming government's policy agenda.
