If North Korea goes ahead with the rocket launch later this month, its flight route would include the first stage falling into the West Sea off South Korea and its second stage east of the Phillipines.
A South Korean official said on Sunday that North Korea will carry out the rocket launch between 7 in the morning and noon anytime between December 10th and the 22nd.
North Korea has reportedly released the intended flight path and the time as part of a standard warning to the region's shipping companies and airlines.
The flight path would be similar to the one that an aborted rocket launch by Pyongyang was expected to take last April.
