Japan responds to Pres' Lee's Dokdo visit

President Lee Myung-bak¡¯s surprise visit to Dokdo on Friday is triggering an outcry from Japan amid prospects of worsening bilateral ties.
The Japanese Foreign Ministry said on Saturday it is considering filing a complaint with the International Court of Justice.
Japanese media said summit diplomacy between the two nations should be suspended.
However, some Japanese government officials are reportedly urging caution to prevent over-reacting to the incident.
Meanwhile, angry protestors staged a rally in front of the Korean Embassy in Tokyo.
A window at the Korean general consoluate in Hiroshima was shattered when a man threw a brick at it in protest.
