That sounds like a great event and I wish I were there to experience it. On one day you can enjoy traditional Korean music infused with elements of theater and on the next day you can hear music by two of Korea's most famous musicians -- Sumi Jo and Sarah Jang.

[Reporter : ] It's incredible to think that people in London will have the chance to see two such different music performances featuring such amazing musicians in a span of two days. This really is something that everyone, not just Koreans, should look forward to because there is no doubt the two concerts will be mind-blowing.

The people who are in London right now are certainly lucky to have this chance. And what are people in the U.S. watching[Reporter : ] Well, movie fans are seeing Matthew McConaughey in a whole new light. Unlike his previous roles as the hunky good guy in romantic comedies, his turn as a killer cop in the new film "Killer Joe" is a drastic change for him as an actor.

The new thriller "Killer Joe" features Matthew McConaughey as a hitman cop, a role that represents a departure from his previous roles in romantic comedies.

The film tells the story of Chris Smith, played by Emile Hirsch, who is planning to have his mother killed so he can collect the premium on her life insurance policy. Smith hires "Killer" Joe Cooper to do the job but can't pay, so Cooper demands Chris' sister Dottie as collateral.

McConaughey says the role is a welcome change from his usual characters, and that he had long been looking for new roles that would make him work a little harder.

[Interview : Matthew McConaughey, Actor] "I was seeing some romantic comedies and some action adventure films and stories that I just felt like I'd either, one, done a version of them before or, two, felt like I could do them tomorrow. Let me do something that I'm not that comfortable with that quick. Let me do something that I'm really excited about getting on the other side of the mystery with with a character but I don't know the answer. And I know I'm going to have to go to work and I'm going to have days when I'm going, I don't know who this guy is, what am I going to do, and I'll figure it out,"

Emile Hirsch, who plays Chris, said he was excited and honored to work with director William Friedkin.

[Interview : Emile Hirsch, Actor] "You know, it was a chance to get to work with William Friedkin, who, I've seen his movies, 'Exorcist,' 'French Connection,' some of those legendary movies he's done, and loved them. And, a chance to get to work with someone who has laid down a film like that was a big opportunity,"

"Killer Joe" was released in the U.S. on July 27th and is likely to be released in Korea soon.
