U.S. State Department spokesperson Victoria Nuland told reporters, that U.S. envoy on North Korea Glyn Davies will meet with North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye-gwan in Beijing on February 23rd.
It will be the first such dialogue between the two sides since the death of the regime's longtime leader Kim Jong-il and the third round of such bilateral talks since last summer.
