Pres. Lee to Make State Visit to Denmark on Wednesday Updated: 2011-05-11 00:00:00 KST

And, later on this Wednesday… President Lee Myung-bak and first lady Kim Yoon-ok will arrive in Copenhagen, Denmark for a state visit.
Upon arrival, the first couple is scheduled to attend a state dinner hosted by Queen Margrethe the Second, hold a roundtable discussion with CEOs of major Danish firms, and meet with Korean nationals living in Denmark.
On Thursday, President Lee will hold a bilateral summit with Danish Prime Minister, Lars Lokke Rasmussen to discuss ways to strengthen ties, especially, in the field of green growth.
During his stay in Denmark, Lee is also expected to attend the opening ceremony of the Copenhagen branch of the Global Green Growth Institute.
