Over in Japan, 380-thousand becquerels of cesium has been detected in soil, 4 kilometers from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.
Tokyo Shimbun reports Japan's Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology revealed for the first time on Monday radiation levels in soil and air, 20 kilometers from the crippled plant.
