Pro N. Korea Paper in Japan Hints at Pyeongyang's 3rd Nuclear Test

VOD SERVICE
A pro-North Korean newspaper in Japan has hinted at the possibility of Pyeongyang conducting a third nuclear test.
The Tokyo-based Chosun Sinbo says the ongoing combined military drills between Seoul and Washington in the East and West Sea, perceived to counter possible dialogue to resolve the Cheonan issue, will likely drive Pyeongyang to act out in a retaliatory move.
The daily added that the communist regime will only strengthen its deterrence as a defensive mechanism, calling on the US to resume talks with North Korea in line with the UN Security Council's presidential statement released earlier this month.
On Saturday, the North's National Defense Commission warned of a retaliatory nuclear deterrence in response to the Seoul-Washington joint military exercises.
