The UN Human Rights Council has adopted a final report on North Korea's human rights situation submitted by UN Special Rapporteur Vitit Muntarbhorn.
But North Korea is showing defiance over 50 of the total 169 recommendations made by 52 UN member nations.
Those 50 recommendations include halting public execution torture and giving freedom to North Koreans on overseas travel.
Some member states including Korea, US and Japan expressed disappointment over Pyeongyang's latest stance on human rights.
