Korea's new bullet train, the KTX-II, made its debut at Busan Station on Monday with its new name, KTX-Sanchyeon.
The second version of the KTX is the first using homegrown technology making Korea the fourth nation to develop its own high-speed train alongside France, Germany and Japan.
The new train features more leg room, seats that can rotate 360 degrees and also provides wireless Internet access and digital multimedia broadcasts.
It will connect Seoul and Busan as well as provide service between Yongsan Station and Gwangju four times a day and the price will remain the same for the time being.
