Hello and thank you for being with us on World Sports, I'm Kim Young.
It looks like even the blue dragon himself couldn't help the fate Bolton fell to as they lost to the very strong Manchester City.
The Bolton Wanderers fell to the force of Carlos Tevez and Manchester City, the team that's been showing dramatic improvement from the last season.
The "Blue Dragon" Lee Chung-yong has been running full-time for the Wanderers for the nineth time straight, starting in the last 13 matches.
In this season Lee is five-and-five but couldn't work his magic in this match, but right now Lee is tied with Park Ji-sung for the most goals in a season by a Korean national and chances are, he may set a new record this time around.
Currently, Bolton is in 17th place in the race for the Premier League title.
We reported yesterday that Chelsea is holding on to first place and Manchester is right behind in second and after losing to Chelsea 2-0 at Stamford Bridge, Arsenal slipped behind by nine points but head coach Arsene Wenger believes in his squad.
Wenger insisted that his team still have a very realistic chance to win the title.
Arsenal topped the standings last month but slipped into third place and will host Liverpool who are only five points back in fourth.
If they can grab the win, then they're still in the game.
Arsenal have not won the league since 2004 and last captured a cup with the FA Cup in 2005.
The Vancouver Olympic Village has finally opened its doors to the athletes.
This village is designed to house 2,800 athletes and officials who will be competing in the venues in the city.
There is another athletes' village in the mountain resort of Whistler
The apartments overlook False Creek, and will be sold off as high-end condominiums after the Games.
The IOC not only revealed the athlete's village but also plans to test over 21-hundred athletes during the Vancouver Games.
Anti-doping agencies will develop tests within months after the Games to trace performance enhancing substances.
Blood and Urine samples from Vancouver are to be frozen and then re-tested when tests for new performance enhancers become available.
Talk about some mean cash, yesterday there were reports that some auction sites were charging up to $600 dollars for tickets to the figure skating competitions with Kim Yu-na competing in them, well look at this.
Canada's luge team has been offered one million dollars by their sponsors for the gold medal.
The cash would be split between the gold medalist and the Canadian Luge Association.
That's not all, 50-thousand dollars has been offered for a silver and a bronze.
The only problem is that you have to be on Team Canada.
That's quite an offer.
And it seems Nigeria has made a pretty darn good offer to Guus Hiddink, apparently negotiations have begun and Nigeria is willing to meet Hiddink's price.
Only thing is Hiddink has a current contract with Russia that's valid til July 15th.
We'll have to wait and see.
Good night everyone.
