Currently there are strong winds and high surf advisory posted all along the south and the east coast especially in North Gyeongsang and Gangwon provinces and they're expected to be expired by late tomorrow evening . this is because of Typhoon Melor which is moving northward towards Japan.
On top of that we have 20 to 60 millimeters of rain expected in Gangwon Yeongdong region and five to 40in North Gyeongsang province tomorrow morning.
So, drive extra carefully and take precautions.

So pay close attention to your next forecast.
