From now on, it will become easier to find belongings left behind in subways.
KORAIL says they have made a "lost and found" corner on their website where pictures and information of lost items are posted. Those who lost their belongings in the subway can click the "lost and found" button on the site and check whether their possessions have been found.
Before, lost belongings were sent to representative stations of each subway line and people had to call the stations to find out if their belongings have been picked up. KORAIL says around 2-thousand items, ranging from cell phones to umbrellas, are left behind in subways each month.
