A group of representatives from Sinatel a provider of Telecommunication and IT services in Iraq was recently in Korea for a field visit including visit to the LS Cable Company and YBN Cable Broadcasting station.
The visit follows LS Cable's securing of a 200-million-US-dollar contract with Sinatel to provide and install telecom infrastructure in Iraq.
Under the deal LS Cable will set up a Quadruple Play Service system in Salahuddin and Karbala by 2012 which will give 200-thousand cable TV subscribers access to the Internet, digital broadcasting services, as well as Internet and mobile phone services.
