Now regarding that possible visit to the US by Ri Gun the North Korean diplomat
The US State Department's Deputy Spokesman Robert Wood said in a daily press briefing on Thursday that no decision has been reached yet on issuing him a visa.
The North Korean diplomat is expected at the annual Northeast Asia Cooperation Dialogue in San Diego on the 26th and 27th of this month but is still waiting for his US visa.
Meanwhile Wood did disclose that Japan's six-party talks chief negotiator, Akitaka Saiki's is scheduled to meet with State Department officials to discuss North Korea-related issues.
